Hover kart Mania Terms and Conditions
To ensure that you get the most out of your time with us, please make sure that you’re entire group arrives 15 mins prior to your booking time as this will ensure everyone enough time to get signed in Fully safety briefed, fully kitted up with their race wear and on the track in time for you allocated slot. If you are late you may miss your session and we may not be able to accommodate you.
The recommended age for hover karts is 5 plus.
The recommended age for Ninebots is 8 plus.
All children are given an important safety briefing before the session. Parents/carers should inform a member of staff if their child has any condition that may increase their likelihood of injury or impair their ability to listen to and follow safety instructions. Individual briefings can be arranged.
Absolutely NO CRASHING, ramming or deliberate damage to vehicles. Marshalls reserve the right to remove riders from the track if they feel they are dangerous to themselves or other riders.
We recommend drivers wear soft shoes. Trainers are ideal, open toe footwear and high heels are NOT ALLOWED!! And riders will be refused to participate.
Helmets and gloves are all provided, in a variety of sizes. They must be worn at all times throughout the session.
Children must obey track marshals at all times. They must be supervised by adults when playing other activities in the centre (pool, games console’s etc. Parents must be aware that some computer games are recommended for ages 12 and above.
The use of Hoverkarts and go karts can be dangerous. While we take many safety precautions riders ride at their own risk.
This agreement releases Hoverkart Mania Ltd from all liability relating to injury’s that may occur during activity. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold Hoverkart Mania ltd free from liability, including financial responsibility for injury’s sustained whilst karting at Blackdyke mills or other activities on site.
Parking on site is also at the owner’s risk and HoverKart Mania takes no responsibility for vehicles and their contents while on the mill premises.
I acknowledge the risks involved with karting can including, but not limited to sprains, fractures physical injury’s including death. I acknowledge and give permission for my child to participate and have been made clear of the risks involved. My child/ children do not have any conditions that will increase their likelihood of experiencing injury whilst engaging in this type of activity.
